Alright, soon I will graduate with my BFA :S and I am so excited because even if I am too far to achieve my dreams, at least it should be a welcome to a better future. The Senior Show was great and there was so many people at the reception it was so fun! I think everyone there liked the works and that is always good. Many of my teachers said I surely improved in my storytelling and that my works show interest. A teacher I had for an art education class was kind enough to message me about how my work was rather unique and that the theme I choose was different than what she usually sees with such style of art. While I always assume people you know say kind things in regards to my work, at least I come to think that maybe I do have the potential to get where I want to be.

Hopefully now with some extra time, I can get back into writing my story and get some more art done. Or well maybe after this x-mas rush at Target finishes. Either way, I was thinking about applying to Pixar or somewhere within the film industry since sadly everything has gone the way of the computer and I really have a hard time enjoying and giving my 100% in the media. However while video games require little use for traditional art, animation films still have the use of studio artists for at least a couple of things. More than anything I would love to be a character designer, but a storyboard artist would be just as welcome!

I might have to be copy-girl for a while before I actually can get my hands dirty, I will never assume getting there will be an easy task, but I need to stop being so afraid of being rejected and actually get started. Perhaps if I can find an affordable school with a 3d digital art / 3d modelling and texturizing masters I will be happy to elevate my studies. I wanted to practice on my own, but that 3d Maya program is very costly. ;_; I wonder if there is a cheaper, perhaps not so advanced, version?

Anyways, with school work over, I opened commissions again and art trades! I kinda wanna work on some little sculptures with modeling clay and if I get good enough I might offer some of that. Maybe Maggie can teach me the basics.
